Premature Ejaculation: Our Services

Premature Ejaculation

Partners feel worried because of the man's sexual performance quality. Still, also they are concerned about the undesired disruption in intimacy that the disorder may cause. Women may feel that their worries have not been recognized by their partner honestly or that he does not want to solve his PE. This issue can increase the performance anxiety of these patients, resulting in an even more, decreased satisfaction.

Topical Solutions for Premature Ejaculation.

When techniques like "the squeeze techniques" are not enough, other therapies can be added, such as topical numbing medication. Prescription tetracaine spray is a real first-line therapy option for PE. It may offer a satisfactory and affordable solution making its handling easy and customer friendly. Also, it has the potential to significantly increase the currently low patients' acceptance of available monotherapies. However, there's a learning curve on how to use it effectively.

Oral Medications

Oral medications treat premature ejaculation by targeting multiple neurotransmitters and receptors involved in the control of ejaculation. Treatment consists of serotonin reuptake inhibitors, PDE5 inhibitors, dopamine regulators, and opioid analgesics. We use, alone or in combination, medications to slow down climax.

Glans Penis Augmentation (GPA)

GPA using hyaluronic acid (HA) gel treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) with penile glans over-sensitivity is a useful tool. Clinicians use HA  fillers in the beauty industry. Injected HA filler creates a barrier that reduces the stimulation to the hypersensitive penis glans. Currently, GPA using injectable HA gel is not recommended in the International Society for Sexual Medicine guideline due to possible permanent sensory loss in > 1%. Therefore, the selection of appropriate candidates is the most crucial factor for success.  Physicians consider this option after all conservative options have failed. At five years, 76% of patients and 63% of partners were still satisfied. GPA does not harm erectile function.
